Community Policing Forums (CPF’s) bring the police and community together, assisting in bridging the gap between the public and the police to solve problems and challenges of crime. If we work together, we can make our community a safe community.
We believe in supporting and empowering the Community Police Forum Structures (CPF’s) and Youth Desks as they play a vital role in assisting with crime prevention strategies and combating crime within our communities, assisting and guiding the police to address a variety of issues and challenges in their local Policing area.
We encourage every member of the public to get involved in their local Community Police Forum (CPF) structure as we all have value to add to our local areas and by us all working together, we can accomplish more. United we stand, divided we fall. Community Police Forum (CPF) and Youth Desk structures usually meet on a monthly basis where minutes are kept of their meetings and issues, challenges and possible solutions are discussed.
To find out more about your local Community Police Forum (CPF) simply get in contact with your local Police Station and query the date, time and venue of their next Community Police Forum (CPF) meeting.
